Steven Iray Waters, 47, of Idaho Falls, passed away April 7, 2017, at his home. Steven was born November 11, 1969, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Ira Duane Waters and Janet Kay Street Waters. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Bonneville High School. On August 6, 1990, he married Juliette Van Orden in Idaho Falls, Idaho. To this union were born two boys, Emitt and Bradshaw. They were later divorced. Steven worked as a construction contractor. He invented the Retro Shelf, loved remodeling and creating things. He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, hiking, kayaking, archery, arts, and taxidermy. Steven is survived by his son, Emitt D. Waters of Firth, ID, parents, Duane & Janet Waters of Ammon, ID; brother, Brett (Michelle) Waters of Shelley, ID; sister, Mary Waters of Idaho Falls, ID; He was preceded in death by his son, Bradshaw Waters, his brother, Larry Waters, and his grandparents, Ira & Esther Waters and Raymond & Mary Street. Memorial Services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2017, at the Ammon LDS 4th Ward, 4375 East Sunnyside Road, with Bishop Eric Bodily officiating. The family will visit with friends from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
