Steven Blaine Skinner, 65, of Idaho Falls, passed away April 10, 2018, at home in Idaho Falls, surrounded by his loving family. He was under the care of Aspen Home Health and Hospice. Steven was born September 11, 1952, in Spokane, WA, to Blaine Skinner and Erma DeAnn Jenson Skinner. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and Osgood. He married Vicky Jenkins on November 18, 1972 in Idaho Falls. To this union were born two children, Erin and Josh. They were later divorced. Steve always thrived in the outdoor setting. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping with his family and friends, as well as ATV’s and snow machining. A long time lover of animals, Steve was always known to keep a pet, usually dogs. Over the many years of his life, Steve was a father to countless animals big and small. Steve was always willing to go the extra mile for those around him, always offering a helping hand to those in need.
