Stephen "Steve" Weise

Stephen Lloyd Weise, 52, of Shelley, passed away January 29, 2011 at Portneuf Medical Center. Steve was born June 6, 1958 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to David Leigh Weise Sr. and Ardith Leona Lloyd Weise. He attended school through the ninth grade in Shelley and graduated from Firth High School. Steve worked frequent part-time jobs. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed fishing. Survivors include: Father: David L. Weise, Sr., Shelley, ID Sister: Vicki (Rodney) Bird, Idaho Falls, ID Brother: David L. (Julie) Weise, Jr., Shelley, ID Sister: Debra Weise, Idaho Falls, ID Sister: Melissa Weise, Post Falls, ID He was preceded in death by his mother and grandparents. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at Goshen Cemetery with Jon Wood officiating. The family will visit with friends from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Avenue prior to departing for the cemetery.
