Stephanie Eldredge

Stephanie Ann Wilkey Eldredge, 21, of Idaho Falls, was reported missing on August 20, 2007. Her body was discovered on April 23, 2010, in the foothills 12 miles east of Idaho Falls. Idaho Falls detectives continue to investigate the case as a homicide. Stephanie was born August 5, 1986, in Everett, Washington, to Roger Milton Wilkey and L. Moriah King Wilkey. She attended Gethsemane Christian School, Clair E. Gale Jr. High, and was a graduate of Idaho Falls High School. Stephanie resided in New Orleans, Louisiana for three years, Boise for two years, Idaho Falls for 14 years. Stephanie was the proud mother of three daughters, Taylor, Haylee and Alyssa who were her pride and joy. Stephanie was a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing, snow skiing, gymnastics and soccer. She enjoyed being a homemaker and caring for her daughters. Wilkey, Boise, ID Paternal Grandfather: Jack L. Wallace, Idaho Falls, ID Maternal Grandparents: Pam & Dale Burns, Idaho Falls, ID She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Margaret Ann Wallace. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, August 21, 2010 at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Ave. with Calvin J. Winslow of New Life Family Worship Center of God officiating. The family will visit with friends for one hour prior to services at Wood Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Rigby-Pioneer Cemetery. A memorial account in Stephanie’s name has been set up at the Idaho Central Credit Union to help the family with burial expenses. Any remaining donations will be put into a trust fund for Taylor, Haylee, and Alyssa.
