Stanton J. Sherwood - 04/04/2002 Stanton J. Sherwood - 04/04/2002 STANTON J. SHERWOOD IDAHO FALLS, ID: Stanton J. Sherwood, 45, of Idaho Falls, died April 3, 2002, at his home. He was born February 17, 1957 in Idaho Falls to Joseph Sherwood and Lola Marie Jenkins Sherwood. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and St. Anthony. He married Christine Olson in Boise in 1979. They were later divorced. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He worked in mining, the sawmill industry and was a supervisor for American Building Maintenance in Boise and Idaho Falls. He enjoyed birds and animals and making wooden canes and walking sticks. Surviving are:Mother: Lola (Robert) Park, Idaho Falls, IDDaughter: Jennifer Ann Sherwood, Idaho Falls, IDSon: Forest Peter “Pete” Sherwood, Idaho Falls, IDBrother: Steven (Susan) Sherwood, Townsend, MTSister: Rena Marie Deluna, Idaho Falls, IDHe was preceded in death by his grandparents. A Family Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, April 5, 2002, at the Wood Chapel of the Pines, with Clay Jensen officiating. The family will visit with friends for thirty minutes prior to services at Wood Funeral Home.
