Skylar Nathan Quigg, 34, of Ammon, passed away September 23, 2018, in Dayton, Washington. Skylar was born May 11, 1984, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Curtis Paul Quigg and Shelli Sue Rogers Quigg. He grew up in Idaho Falls and attended Cloverdale Elementary, Sandcreek Middle School, and graduated from Hillcrest High School. He also attended Idaho State University where he received his Associate’s Degree as a Journeyman Welder. Skylar made his home in Ammon, Idaho, where he worked as a traveling welder. He was a loving father to his four children, Aysia, Tregyn, Brooklyn, and Kyndrik. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed anything in the outdoors, but he especially loved hunting, fishing, and riding his Harley. Skylar is survived by his loving parents, Curtis and Shelli Quigg of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Aysia Sky Quigg of Milton Freewater; son, Tregyn Drake Quigg of Milton Freewater; daughter, Brooklyn Victoria Quigg of Milton Freewater; son, Kyndrik Lee Quigg of Idaho Falls, ID; sister, Kelsey Kaiser of Idaho Falls, ID; grandmother, Roselyn Quigg of Idaho Falls, ID; and great grandmother, Beverly Rogers of Bentonville, AR. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sandi Hogan; and grandfathers, Karl Quigg and Brad Hallett. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, October 1, 2018, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, with Bishop Marshall Riggs of the Ammon 8th Ward officiating. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 6-8 p.m. and Monday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services at the church, both visitations at Wood East Side.
