SIDNEY DRIGGERS
IDAHO FALLS, ID - Sidney Orlin Driggers, 69, of Idaho
Falls, died April 7, 2004, at his home following an extended illness.
He was born June 23, 1934, in Fairfield, Illinois, to
Royal Driggers and Beulah Fae Lappin Driggers. The family moved to California
where he attended Hollister High School and Modesto, California Junior
College. In between, He attended Carroll College in Helena, Montana.
He served in the U. S. Marine Corps during the Korean
War and the Vietnam Conflict.
He married Peggy Nadine McBroom September 12, 1967, in
Carson City, Nevada. Their marriage was solemnized in the Oakland, California,
LDS Temple on October 16, 1982.
As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints, he served as an assistant Scout leader, and a High Priest Group
Leader. He and his wife served missions in Johannesburg and Kenya, Africa.

Son: Rod R. (Sherry) Driggers, Rockledge, FL
Daughter: Nancy (Wes) Olsen, Rigby, ID
Daughter: Traci Del Carlo, Honolulu, HI
5 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren
Sister: Marilyn Roascio, Hollister, CA
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and a sister.
Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, April
10, 2004, at the Ammon LDS 6th Ward, 2945 Selway, with Bishop Richard
Attebury officiating.
The family will visit with friends Saturday, at 1:00
p.m. at the church.
Burial will be in the Ammon Cemetery under the direction
of Wood East Side Chapel.
