Shauneen H. Dial - 11/14/2001 Shauneen H. Dial - 11/14/2001 SHAUNEEN H. DIAL IDAHO FALLS, ID: Jessie Shauneen Hanson Dial, 43, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, passed away November 13, 2001, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center due to complications following surgery. She was born January 24, 1958 in the Idaho Falls LDS Hospital to Lewis D. Hanson and Jessie Arlene Fullmer Hanson in Idaho Falls, Idaho. She grew up in Idaho Falls where she received her schooling, graduating from Skyline High School. She married Paul H. Dial in the Idaho Falls LDS Temple on November 19, 1976. This marriage was blessed with three beautiful children, Jessie Nicole Dial Ellis, Ryan Paul Dial and Chad Norman Dial. Most of her married life was spent in St. Anthony, Idaho. In the fall of 1994 they moved to Green River, Wyoming, where they lived for three years. She then moved to Idaho Falls for a short time while building their home in Rigby, here she was residing at the time of her death. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She held many positions in the Young Women's, Primary and Relief Society organizations. She had a great love of the Lord and expressed that love through many hours of service to others. She set a good example to her family of service to the Lord and those she associated with. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She had a great love of animals, especially dogs and horses, and spent many hours of enjoyable time with them, especially with the most recent, two Golden Retrievers, Goldie and Brandie. She was gifted with many talents, including crocheting, with which she crocheted many baby afghans with tender loving care for the Relief Society in both Green River and Garfield. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed many hours in her kitchen. She loved all of God's creations, especially beautiful flowers, from which she would pick the blossoms when they were just right and press them, arranging them so beautiful and life-like in picture form. Many brides were recipients of these beautiful gifts. She is survived by her Husband: Paul Dial, Rigby, IDDaughter: Jessie Nicole (Justin) Ellis, Lincoln, NESon: Ryan Paul Dial, Rigby, IDSon: Chad Norman Dial, Rigby, IDParents: Lewis D. and Arlene Hanson, Idaho Falls, IDBrother: Lewis Kim (Dawn) Hanson, South Jordan, UTBrother: Michael Don (Trina) Hanson, Idaho Falls, IDBrother: Paul Charlie (Diana) Hanson, Idaho Falls, IDSister: Tammie Jean (Michael) Rumsey, Rigby, ID8 nephews and 12 nieces who knew her as “Aunt Nee Nee”.She was preceded in death by one sister, Marcia Marie Hanson and her grandparents. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m Monday, November 19, 2001, at the Garfield LDS First Ward, with Bishop Brent Stout officiating. The family will visit with friends on Sunday, November 18th from 7-8:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home and for one hour prior to services on Monday at the church.
