Sharon Felsted

Sharon Felsted, 87, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, passed away August 9, 2023.

Sharon  was born August 25, 1935, in Burley,ID, to Clifton Ludell Anderson and Ruth Anderson. She grew up in American Falls, Idaho, and graduated from Idaho Falls High School.

On January 3, 1975, she married Ronald Edwin Felsted. Sharon  and Ronald made their home in Idaho Falls where Sharon  worked hard as a homemaker.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had many talents and hobbies, such as being a vocalist, oil painting, dry flower arrangements, jewelry maker, family history researcher, and outdoor enthusiast.

Sharon is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Edwin Felsted of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Laura (Keith) Peirson of Hermiston, OR; daughter, Merry  (Todd) Jaynes of Jerome, ID; 15 grandchildren, 27 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifton and Ruth Buck Anderson; husband, George Barrett Hillier; son, David Barrett Hillier; and son, Thomas Michael Hillier.

Services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, August 14, 2023, at the Westhill Ward Chapel, 2040 Brentwood Drive, with Bishop Robert Neiberg, officiating. The family will visit with friends Sunday, August 13,2023 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, and Monday from 10:00 am to 10:45 am at the church prior to services. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery.
