Scott Nate Bridges, 62, of Lone Pine Birch Creek, Idaho, passed away May 2, 2017, at his home due to cancer. He was born April 29, 1955, in Idaho Falls to Nate M. and Shirley Bridges. He grew up and lived in Idaho Falls for 30 years and then moved to Birch Creek where he and his family bought and operated the Lone Pine Store and Café. He made many lifelong friends in the area. It was his dream life to live in the mountains, hunting and fishing with his buddies and niece. He worked in cabinet construction until he moved out to Birch Creek with his family and made the Best Hamburgers at the Lone Pine Store and Café. He is survived by his mother, Shirley Bridges of Idaho Falls; daughter, Amanda (Jon) Rosenberg of Idaho Falls; sister, Kristine (Marion) Holverson of Idaho Falls; niece, Brandi Terry of Lone Pine Birch Creek, ID; He was preceded in death by his father, Nate. M. Bridges. Private family services will be held at a later date.
