Jerry, Want you to know that I’m sorry to hear of your loss. Didn’t have an email address so hope you
get this. I left the Assoc. the first of the year and am in the process of opening a new real estate firm. The office is on Niagra across from the Paramount Theater; MVP Realtors, if you are by, stop and say hello; in any event send me an email when things quiet down for you. Again, am thinking of you, you’re a special guy and this is a tough time.
Kindest Regards,
Larry Erickson

Jerry, I am very sorry to hear of the unexpected death of Sandi. I extend my and Sandy’s deepest prayers and sympathy.
Sandi was a real joy to work with and I really appreciate all she did for us. I will remember her often (actually this is an easy thing, as the Handicap parking spot and sign I see outside my working building are daily reminders of Sandi, as they initially were put there for her).
Other things I will remember when I think of her are: 1) her laugh echoing through the walls in our secured, closed offices when someone would share a joke; 2) her quick wit when someone would try to justify requests or their behavior with high-level BS; 3) her willingness and ability to balance my good cop/bad cop approach with obstinate support organizations; and 4) her deep and immediate love for you, her son, and grandchildren.
Again, I will remember Sandi and you in my prayers. If there are other things I can do to help, please contact me.
Steve and Sandy Hartenstein
