Samuel (Osborne) Jones

SAM JONES (OSBORNE) IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Samuel Wayne Jones, 13, of Idaho Falls, passed away August 5, 2007, at Primary Children's Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, of complications of muscular dystrophy. He was born January 25, 1994, in Rexburg, Idaho, to Benjamin Arlo Jones and Rose Birch. He attended Templeview Elementary School and Eagle Rock Junior High School. He attended the Brentwood Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He loved going to Primary and participating at Options, Inc. Sam loved to sing, was very social, liked drawing, history, and enjoyed watching home improvement shows. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, August 10, 2007, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge, with Brad Hendricks, First Counselor in the Idaho Falls LDS Brentwood Ward Bishopric, officiating. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and Friday from 12 Noon to 12:45 p.m., both at Wood Funeral Home. I worked with Sam at school I would like you to know that he made my day a great one with his questions and interest in everything around him. He was a very happy kid. I will miss him very much. He sat behind my husband and I every week. He was such a joy to be around! Heavenly Father blessed us all by sending the sweet spirit of Sam to us.
