Ryan Wayne Satter, 50, of Pocatello, passed away September 14, 2024, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

Ryan was born June 26, 1974, in Grand Coulee, Washington, to Rebecca Satter. Ryan was the oldest of three with two younger sisters, Rachel and Sarah. They bounced around Washington, Arizona, and landed in beautiful Idaho. He was raised on a farm in Downy, Idaho. He attended Marsh Valley High School and graduated early in 1992. He also attended Idaho State University and graduated in Auto Mechanics in 1996.

He met Shannon Parsons in 2001, and on September 27, 2003, they were married in Pocatello, Idaho. They had three sons, Tristen, David, and Nathan.

He loved riding his motorcycle, building models, craved playing his guitar and drums, and loved watching his three boys play sports.

Ryan’s biggest joy in life was his wife and kids, as well as his music. Ryan had an ear for music and was an amazing guitar player. He played guitar since his youth.

Ryan is survived by his wife, Shannon Satter of Pocatello, ID; sons, Tristen Satter, David Satter, and Nate Satter, all of Pocatello, ID; mother, Rebecca Satter of OR; sister, Rachel of OR; sister, Sarah Satter of OR; grandmother, Vicki Morris of WA; aunt, Cindy of WA; and uncle, Steve of WA; and his in-laws, Elliot and Kathleen Parsons of Pocatello, ID.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, David Wayne Morris, and his brother-in-law, Robert Parsons.
