Ruth Biggs Watson

RUTH WATSON IDAHO FALLS, ID - Ruth Delois Watson, 82, of Idaho Falls, Idaho died April 25, 2005, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was born September 20, 1922, in Troup, Texas, to Leon D. Biggs and Elma Veda Willbourn Biggs. She attended schools in Troup until the depression forced her to start working. She married Clyde Leyman Watson September 3, 1950 in Yuma, Arizona. He preceded her in death March 19, 1979. She was a homemaker and a loving wife and mother. Surviving are: Daughter: Gale Lockyear, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Karen Labrum, Idaho Falls, ID Daughter: Dale (Gary) Bundick, Rockford, IL Brother: Leon D. (Billie) Biggs, Jr., Olney, TX Sister: Norine McKenny, London, TX Granddaughter: Sandra C. Fuell, Idaho Falls, ID Grandson: Clyde L. Fuell, Idaho Falls, ID Granddaughter: Tammy A. Steveson, Idaho Falls, ID Granddaughter: Veda (Ricar) Stapleton, Satsuma, AL Grandson: David Shawn (Stephanie) Howard, Metairie, LA Grandson: Scott (Jennifer) Olmsted, Everson, WA Grandson: Tony (Tiffany) Watson, Idaho Falls, ID Granddaughter: Cecelia Rose Watson, Idaho Falls, ID 12 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, a premature son, a brother, E. J. Biggs and a grandson, Preston “Tommy” Lockyer II. Graveside Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, April 28, 2005, at Fielding Memorial Park with Jon A. Wood officiating. The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue. Burial will be in Fielding Memorial Park under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
