RUTHIE HERBEL IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Ruth Helen Propp Herbel, 78, of Idaho Falls, passed away December 12, 2007, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of natural causes She was born November 17, 1929, in Texas, to George K. Propp and Effie Jerger Propp. She married Melvin Herbert Herbel in November, 1948, in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Garrard of Oak Harbor, WA and a granddaughter, Deborah M. Garrard of Bothell, WA. Memorial Services will be held at 12 Noon Friday, December 14, 2007, at the Idaho Falls LDS Rose Park Ward, 351 West 14th Street, with Bishop Scott Smith officiating. ------------------------------------
