Dear Brower Family,
I am very sadened to hear of the passing of Russ. Russ was someone I always admired when we were growing up on Matchpoint Dr. He was always fun to hang out with and always very nice. My brother Carl and I were always over to your family's house hanging out with Russ, Jeff, Embere, Tony, and Mischelle. Russ was the leader of the Brower siblings who were the most popular family on the block! I have always thought of your family throughout the years. I actually was in Salt Lake about 10 years ago and I called Russ and we met up to say hello. I was going to Ricks College too in 1996 and I drove out to Tetonia to see if you guys were at your grandparents house, however, no one was home. I still remember the day when Russ and Jeff told my brother Carl and I that they were moving to Rock Springs. We were all on our bikes hanging out in your driveway. We were really sad! I remember your family visited the neighborhood once after you had moved and you left a goodie basket on our front porch. You guys are so awesome and I miss you guys a lot. I wish your family the best and I am so sorry for your loss.

It's been a long time since I last saw Russ. I grew up with Russ, Jeff and Embere and spent many days over at their home in Ammon, ID. I currently reside in Sacramento, CA. Back then I lived just a few doors down on Matchpoint Dr. We had many fun times with sleepovers under the cool starry Idaho nights. I also spent some time with Russ and Jeff out in Teton Valley moving pipe with them one summer at their Grandpas farm. When they moved to Rock Springs, WY I was devistated. I remember going out to see them one summer following their move. I will miss Russ and will do what I can to travel out to Idaho Falls and be with you at the funeral Saturday. I can be reached on my cell at 916-248-0156. May God be with you and your families during this time of mourning.
With Love,
Carl

I just read about the passing of your son, Russ, and am so very saddened by your tremendous loss.
I went to school with Tony and we were friends here in the valley many years ago. Although I never knew Russ, I remember how proud Tony was when Russ was first born and remember seeing him when just a baby. How adorable he was!
I can't imagine the overwhelming grief you must be feeling, but it is my prayer that Heavenly Father will comfort you all and give you the strength required to endure the difficult days to come.
