RUBY FIELD
IDAHO FALLS, ID --Ruby Rosalie Clapp Field, 80, of Idaho Falls, died December 6, 2006, at her home from natural causes. She was under the care of Hands of Hope Hospice.
She was born November 14, 1926, in Glenrock, Wyoming, to Carl William and Edna Fuqua Hornbeck. She attended schools there graduating as Valedictorian from Shoshoni High in 1944.
She married Lloyd E. Clapp in Riverton, Wyoming and to this union five children were born. They were later divorced. She married Lynn Frank Field December 12, 1965, in Elko, Nevada. He preceded her in death October 18, 1971.
She moved from Wyoming to Washington, then to Idaho Falls in1955, and worked as an accountant and bookkeeper for Sears, Miskins, Golden Valley Transportation and Weight Watchers.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed playing cards, camping, bowling, crocheting, knitting and reading, but most of all, spending time with her family.

13 Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, a brother, her husband, and a grandson, Rick Kotter.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2006, at Wood East Side Chapel, 963 S. Ammon, with Bishop Nathan Martin of the Ammon LDS Tiebreaker Ward officiating. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and for one hour before services on Wednesday, both at the funeral home.
Burial will be in Ammon Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
