ROYAL "SKIP" WILLIAMS, JR. Click here to watch a video of Skip's Life IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Royal Farnsworth “Skip” Williams, Jr., 60, of Shelley, died September 4, 2007, at Life Care Center. He was born March 24, 1947 in Colorado Springs, Colorado, to Royal Farnsworth Williams, Sr. and Ellie Mae Lake Williams. He attended Marysville High School and Hobbs New Mexico Junior College. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam Conflict. He married Linda Lee Mayson December 21, 1973, in Denver, Colorado. He worked for eight years for Moore Business Forms in Denver, Colorado. He worked as a warehouse manager and driver for Bonneville Distributors and later for Golden Eagle Sales in Idaho Falls. He enjoyed training and racing horses with his father; fishing; and spending time with his grandchildren. He will be missed by his family and friends and his devoted dog, Genny. Survivors include: Wife: Linda Lee Williams, Shelley, ID Son: Landry James (Sydne) Austin, Idaho Falls, ID Mother: Ellie Mae Williams, Casa Grande, AZ Brother: Jeff (Karen) Williams, Corvales, NM Brother: Mark (Linda) Williams, Dodge City, KS 8 Grandchildren & 1 Great Grandchild. He was preceded in death by his father; son, Daniel David Jensen I; and granddaughter, Sara Vance. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, September 14, 2007, at the Shelley LDS Mountain View Ward, 675 South Milton Street, Shelley, Idaho, with Bishop Shawn Leckington officiating. The family will visit with friends Friday from 1 to 1:45 p.m. prior to services at the church.
