Roxie Edwards

Roxann Brewer Edwards, 73, of Idaho Falls, passed away March 2, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones, at her home of natural causes.

Roxie was born July 6, 1950, in Redding, California, to Donald and Veronica Brewer. She grew up and attended schools in San Diego, California. After graduating high school at Wilcox High School in 1968, Roxie earned her cosmetology license.

On April 5, 1969, she married William Rodriguez. She moved to Idaho Falls when William passed away in 1974.

She enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She loved to travel and enjoyed cooking. She owned just about every cookbook available.

Roxie is survived by her daughter, Jamie (Todd) Robinson; one granddaughter, Shanntae (Camren) Watt; and many nieces and nephews.

Roxie was preceded in death by her husband, parents, one child, and a sister and brother.

A gathering will be held in her honor from 1:00 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 S. Ammon Road.
