Click Here To View Memorial Video Rosetta Walters Hayes, 68, of Lewisville, passed away August 15, 2014, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Rosetta was born July 4, 1946, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Burdett Walters and Ellen Marie Frandsen Walters. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls, including Idaho Falls High School. On December 5, 1966, she married Marvin R. Hayes at Ogden, Utah. To this union were born four children, Douglas, Kevin, Billy, and Tina. Rosetta and Marvin made their home in Lewisville, Idaho, where Rosetta worked as a homemaker. She enjoyed crafts, collecting angels, and her grandchildren. Rosetta is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Marvin Hayes of Lewisville, ID; son, Douglas Hayes of Clinton, UT; son, Kevin Hayes of Lewisville, ID; son, Billy (Melissa) Hayes of Rigby, ID; daughter, Tina (Kenny) Garner of Terreton, ID; brother, Delbert (Linda) Walters of Moses Lake, WA; brother, Burdell Walters of Idaho Falls, ID, and 7 grandchildren Shane (Jessica) Hayes, Brittany Hayes, Ryan (Tasha) Garner, Rhett Garner, Robby Garner, Jonathon Hayes, and Elizabeth Hayes. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Ambronetta Stevens and her brother Robert Walters. A luncheon will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at the Lewisville LDS Church (101 E. Main St, Lewisville, Idaho 83431). The family will visit with friends that evening from 6-8:00 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road. Burial will take place at a later date.
