Rosalyna “Rose” Tina Jean Parker, 23, of Ammon, passed away on February 7, 2024, from injuries sustained in a car accident.
Rose was born March 18, 2000, in Nampa, Idaho, to Randall M. Parker and TerriAnn Jean Parker. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and graduated from Skyline High School. At the time of her passing she was working in hospice care at H.A.S. Inc.
She loved the outdoors and baking. Rose was a great mother to her beautiful daughter, Alia Watson. She was a wonderful caregiver, especially to the elderly. Rose also enjoyed playing video games with little kids and loved animals.
Rose is survived by her significant other, Khyl Cooks of Ammon, ID; father, Randall M. Parker, of Blackfoot, ID; mother, TerriAnn Jean Austin of Idaho Falls, ID; children, Alia Watson, Sterling Cooks, Analyssia Cooks, and Remington Cooks; sister, Trinity Mortensen of Nampa, ID; brother, Johnathan Ness; brother, David Ness of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, William Parker, of Denver, CO; and grandfather, Charles F Parker of Manley Hot Springs, AK.
A gathering for family and friends will be held from 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 18, 2024, at Wood Funeral Home East Side, 963 South Ammon Road.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made at Idaho Central Credit Union to the Rose Parker memorial fund to benefit her daughter, Alia Watson.
