We were very shocked and saddened to hear about Ron. What a fun loving, wonderful person he was. I never saw him that he didn't have a smile. He always stopped and talked to us and Ray and I were happy that we saw and talked to him just a short time ago. Ray really enjoyed Ronnie when they worked together. Ray remembers that he was always happy, a hard worker, and made everybody around him happy.
Mabel and Doyle, know that Bill and Ron are together, probably bowling, and know that our prayers are with you.
Love, Ray and Linda Proctor

Dear Ellen,
I am so sad to hear of the death of your beloved Ron. I know that the two of you had a special bond and your love for each other was strong. My heart aches when I think of you having to say goodbye to him for a time. I am grateful that the two of your were sealed in the temple for time and all eternity. I hope this knowledge will bring comfort in the future. I am also grateful that you have Spencer to bring you joy in the years to come.

Ellen & Spencer: So sorry to hear of Ron's passing. He was Wes & Melissa's home teacher and they so enjoyed his visits w/Keith Hart. I didn't know you both very well, but am saddened to hear of your loss. I am friends with Teresa (& miss our Sunday visits - since I moved from your Ward). I was left single at 50 w/children still to raise - so I know much of your situation. Both you and Teresa have been and are now in that situation. My(our) very best to you both and know we're thinking of you and you're in our prayers. I testify of Heavenly Father's love and awareness of each situation and how He knows each of us very personally. He will be there to guide you in this trying time in your life.
Much love, Marydell, Wes & Melissa Andrews

Ellen (and Spencer),
My deepest sympathies for your loss of Ron. I hope there is some comfort in knowing he will no longer feel any pain or illness.
I recently lost my mother and someone gave me this poem which helps me. I hope that it soothes your heart.
Do not stand at my grave and weep:
I am not there. I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow:
I am the diamond glints on snow.
I am the sunlight on ripened grain.
I am the gentle autumn's rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush,
I am the swift uplifting rush
of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft start that shines at night.
Do not stand at my grave and cry.
I am not there; I did not die.
Sincerest condolences,
Carol Woodvine

Mabel & Doyle, We were very saddened to hear of Ron's passing. We just returned and found out. I will always remember him running down the lanes to get pins off of the alleys. He was a very special friend and the tribute was very nice. You two and the rest of the family will be in our prayers. B.J & Karin
