Rod Ward

Rodney Dwen Ward, 63, of Idaho Falls, passed away October 25, 2022, at Idaho Falls Community Hospital.

Rod was born August 23, 1959, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Dwen Dean Ward and Cora Irene Hebertson Ward. He grew up in Ucon, Idaho, and graduated from Bonneville High School.

On July 3, 1996, he married Teresa. Rod and Teresa made their home in Idaho Falls where Rod worked as a millwright and welder. They were later divorced but remained life partners.

He enjoyed 4-wheeling, fishing, camping, and anything outdoors.

Rod is survived by his son, Charlie Ward of Idaho Falls; daughter, Paula Crabtree of Pocatello, ID; daughter, Korie Raymond of Pocatello, ID; son, Ken Kluksdal of Idaho Falls; daughter, Nichole Gneiting of Idaho Falls; father, Dwen Ward of Idaho Falls; life partner, Teresa Ward of Idaho Falls; sisters, Gwen Gallagher and Jackie Jorgenson; brothers, Phillip and Dale Ward; and 15 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his son, Thomas Eugene Ward; and mother, Cora Irene Ward.

Graveside services will be held at 12 Noon Friday, November 4, 2022, at the Ammon Cemetery.
