ROBERTA McINTIRE
IDAHO FALLS, ID -
Roberta Maurine McIntire, 84, of Idaho Falls, died June 13, 2006, at Madison Memorial Hospital from natural causes.
She was born April 10, 1922, in Glenore, Idaho, to Thomas Alma Sayer and Luzella Scott Morgan Sayer. She attended schools in the Iona area graduating from Iona High School. She then received her Practical Nursing License through Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg.
She married Thomas LeRoy Price and they were later divorced. She practiced nursing at Madison Memorial, Twin Falls Memorial Hospital, at Riverview and Parkview Hospitals and EIRMC in Idaho Falls and in various care centers. She was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and served as president of the Women's V.F.W.
As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she served in various positions. She enjoyed quilting, sewing, crocheting, embroidery and fishing.

Daughter: Chrys (Kent) Hendricks, Sugar City, ID
Son: Thomas LeRoy (Dee) Price, Jr., near San Diego, CA
Brother: Glen Sayer, Iona, ID
Sister: Genevieve Storer, Iona, ID
6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; she was preceded in death by a daughter, Cheryl Darlene Cropus.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 19, 2006, at the Idaho Falls LDS 22nd Ward, 1235 Juniper, with Bishop Dan Perkins officiating. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, and for one hour before services at the church.
Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, Idaho Falls, Idaho.
