Robert Skinner

ROBERT P. SKINNER IDAHO FALLS, ID - Robert P. Skinner, 47, of Idaho Falls, died December 10, 2003, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center from complications of surgery. He fought a courageous battle for 6 long weeks before he left us. He was born January 3, 1956 in Newport, Washington to Lynn and Retha Skinner, the sixth of 9 siblings. Though his immediate family did not reside here in Idaho, his family at Yellowstone Group Homes, since February 2, 1988, provided him with comforting and compassionate care, especially the dedicated staff within his group home, nursing and medical professionals within the community and others who cared for Robert. Robert's passions in life were music, the louder the better, & chocolate. His passing has left a great void in our family of residents & staff who loved him. Graveside Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 17, 2003, at Fielding Memorial Park. Friends will gather from 1:00-1:45 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home (273 N. Ridge).
