'BOB' KELSEY IDAHO FALLS, ID: Robert Earl Kelsey, 59, of Pocatello, died March 24, 2002, at the home of his daughter in Idaho Falls. He was born February 19, 1943 in Pocatello, Idaho to Verlon Earl Kelsey and Ruby Eileen Orgill Kelsey. He attended schools in Pocatello graduating from Pocatello High School. He married Julianne Lewis in December 1962 in Pocatello. They were later divorced. He worked for Union Pacific Railroad and also worked in construction for many years. He was a member of the BPOE (Elks) Lodge and served as Past Exalted Ruler. He enjoyed fishing, camping and car racing. Surviving are:Son: Bryan (Carol) Kelsey, Philadelphia, PADaughter: Nicki (Scott) McCartney, Idaho Falls, IDBrother: Verlon “Gene” (Linda) Kelsey8 Grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents.
