Robert O Judy - 04/11/2002 Robert O Judy - 04/11/2002 ROBERT O JUDY IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Robert O “Bob” Judy, 67, of Idaho Falls, died April 10, 2002, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center after a long-term illness. He was born July 10, 1934 at Idaho Falls, to Alva Clark Judy and Louie Dean Otteson Judy. He grew up in Idaho Falls and attended schools here. He served in the U.S. Army from 1959-1961. He married Elaine B. Pace Banister November 15, 1974 at Elko, Nevada. He was an avid horseman and owned and operated Sand Creek Stables for 40 years. An active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he loved home teaching and socializing with the members of his ward, the Ammon Crestwood Ward. He especially enjoyed time with his family while fishing, hunting, camping, and raising stock. With his death the horse community in Idaho Falls has suffered a great loss. Judy, North Salt Lake, UTDaughter: Connie (Michael) Banister Johnson, Idaho Falls, IDDaughter: Suzie (Chuck) Banister Waters, Idaho Falls, IDSon: Matthew (Corrine) Banister, Blackfoot, IDDaughter: Maydeana (Paul) Banister Pattison, Bremerton, WABrother: Darwin (Glenda) Judy, Ammon, IDBrother: Doyle (Karen) Judy, Ammon, IDBrother: Steven (Sheryl) Judy, Ammon, ID 19 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews..He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m Saturday, April 13, 2002, at the Ammon LDS Crestwood Ward, 2055 Coronado, with Bishop Kipp Manwaring officiating. The family will meet with friends on Friday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, and for one hour prior to the services on Saturday at the church. Burial will be in Ammon Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, Idaho Falls, ID 83402 Phone 522-2751, FAX 522-5413.
