ROBERT "DAM BOB" HOLLAND
IDAHO FALLS, ID - Robert Stanley Holland, 61, of Irwin,
died September 4, 2003, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
He was born in Winchester, Massachusetts, January 9, 1942,
to Norman Stanley Holland and Constance Taylor Holland. He grew up in Boston,
joined the military at age 17, and after 21 years, retired out of Mountain
Home Air Force Base in Idaho.
He married Charlene Howell in Moses Lake, Washington, December
17, 1963. They have lived in Irwin since January 1987, where he worked as
a Plant Operator on the Palisades Dam Project.
He was a member of the Methodist Church. He enjoyed his
grandchildren, Caitlin, Lacie, Kylee, Tanner, Ryan and Abbey, woodworking,
collecting guns, four wheeling, camping, woodworking and socializing at
the Snake River Saloon in Alpine, Wyoming.

Son: Ronald S. (Shawn) Holland, Burley, ID

He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00, Monday, September 8,
2003, at the Wood East Side Chapel, 963 South Ammon Road, with Reverend
Ronald Matheney officiating.
The family will visit with friends for one hour prior to
services at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations
be made to The American Cancer Society, P.O.Box 1145, Blackfoot, ID, 83221,
or The Heart Disease Research Foundation, 50 Court Street, Brooklyn, New
York 11201-4801.
