Robert Morris "Bob" Goodspeed, 75, of Ammon, Idaho, former longtime resident of Mud Lake, passed away September 2, 2011, at Life Care Center of Idaho Falls.
Bob was born December 3, 1935, in Detroit, Michigan, to Earl W. Henry and Opal Hariette Couger Henry. He grew up in Michigan and attended school there.
Bob was married and divorced. He lived in Mud Lake for nearly 40 years and worked as a general handyman, concrete worker, for M & M Store, with Jack Richins, and did other various and odd jobs over the years. He moved into Life Care Center about five years ago.
Bob was very artistic, intelligent, and talented. He enjoyed restoring vehicles and spent two summers painting vehicles at Rick and Debbie Caudle’s home. Bob loved camping at Birch Creek.
Bob is survived by two stepdaughters, who live in Michigan.
Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, September 15, 2011, at the West Jefferson Cemetery in Mud Lake, Idaho.
