Robert "Bob" White

Robert Arthur "Bob" White, 63, of Idaho Falls, passed away September 18, 2016, at Teton Post Acute Care & Rehabilitation of complications of cancer. Bob was born January 1, 1953, in Salmon, Idaho, to Arthur Wilson White and Rosemary Andrews White. He grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. A lifelong resident of Idaho Falls, Bob worked as a delivery and taxi driver. He enjoyed reading and camping. He was known for being a gentleman and for his kindness. Bob is survived by two sisters: Diane McFarlane of Idaho Falls, ID, and Terry (Frank) Bowen of Salmon, ID; and four nephews: Bill (Brandy) Bowen of Nampa, ID; Dan (Sara) Bowen of Belgrade, MT; Michael (Alli) McFarlane of Boise, ID; and Josh (Alysha) McFarlane of Idaho Falls, ID. He was preceded in death by his parents, Art and Rosemary White, and a sister, Sue Giallombardo. A Gathering for family and friends will be held from 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Friday, September 23, 2016, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge.
