JAMES ROBINSON, JR.
MEDICAL LAKE, WA -- James “Jim” Gordon Robinson, Jr., 70, formerly of Idaho Falls, died November 16, 2005, at his home in Medical Lake, Washington.
He was born December 6, 1934, in Idaho Falls, to James Gordon Robinson, Sr. and Edras Myrle Godfrey. He grew up in the area and attended Idaho Falls High School. He served in the U. S. Army during the Korean War.
On December 23, 1961, he married Emily Annette Nield in Coltman, Idaho. In 1966, they moved to Washington State, where he continued his education at Green River Community College. He worked for Boeing as a Light Assembler and Jig Builder, and was actively involved with the Boeing Machinist Union.
His interests included airplanes, guns, trains, antique car shows, and visiting historical museums. James was a staunch Democrat who loved spending time with his family and his lifelong friend, Jim Croston.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Glen Robinson and two sisters, Donna May Robinson and June Larae Robinson.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 21, 2005, at Wood Funeral Home (273 N. Ridge). The family will visit with friends Sunday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and on Monday for one hour prior to the services, both at Wood Funeral Home.
Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Military Rites will be performed by the Bonneville County Veterans Memorial Team.
