Richard Dale Anderson Ii

Richard Dale Anderson, 63, of Idaho Falls, passed away quietly at his home on August 5, 2024.

Rick was the third child and only son of Richard and Charlene Anderson. He grew up in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School before attending Ricks College.

Rick worked for his family’s business, Anderson Lumber Co. in Rexburg, Idaho. He then worked for over 30 years for Johnson Brothers in Idaho Falls as a contract estimator.

Rick was a kind, soft-spoken man. A great friend, a fun-loving brother who was always ready to help, be it a move or a lunch date to catch up. He loved his sisters, nieces, and nephews greatly.

Rick enjoyed cooking new recipes and was a very talented, loving man in so many ways. He will be missed.

He was preceded in death by his dad, mom, and oldest sister, Marie.

A Celebration of Life will be held from 2-6 p.m. Saturday, August 17, 2024, at Rick’s home, 453 9th Street in Idaho Falls.
