Rhea Lee Dimond Larson, 87, of Idaho Falls, passed away August 25, 2017, at her home. Rhea was born March 14, 1930, in Bennion, Utah, to Lisle Mercy Dimond. She grew up and attended schools in Bennion. On September 10, 1953, she married Melvin Wayne Larson in Paris, Idaho. Rhea and Melvin made their home in Cokeville, Wyoming, where they raised five sons, Robert, John, Dennis, Jeffery, and David. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Rhea was a mother and homemaker who helped everyone she came across. She enjoyed her family, knitting, sewing, and quilting. She was instrumental in starting the Senior Center in Cokeville, Wyoming. She was a loving mother and grandma, and she will be dearly missed. Rhea is survived by her son, Robert Allen (Susan) Cory of Cokeville, WY; son, Dennis Lyle Larson of Cokeville, WY; son, Jeffery Gene Larson of Idaho Falls, ID; son, David George (April) Larson of Cokeville, WY; 15 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a sister, Ebba Bowcutt, a son, John Wayne Larson, and a grandson, Jared Wayne Larson. Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 30, 2017, at the Cokeville Cemetery, in Cokeville, Wyoming, with Bishop Jason Skillings of the Idaho Falls LDS 24th Ward officiating.
