Reva Ethel Versey, 90, of Idaho Falls, passed away February 26, 2026, at Parkwood Meadows Assisted Living Community. She was under the care of Oakstone Home Health and Hospice.

Reva was born June 5, 1935, in Rexburg, Idaho, to August Wilburt Oswald and Ruby McKinley Oswald. She grew up and attended schools in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. She also attended business school.

On July 16, 1954, she married Peter Robert Versey in Idaho Falls and were sealed January 20, 1960. Reva and Peter made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed Sewing, bowling and long drives anywhere, along with yard work. She was also an avid collector.

Reva is survived by her son, Wayne Versey of Shelley, ID; son, Paul (Teresa) Versey of Plain City, UT; daughter, Sheila Versey of Orchard City, CO; sister, Jeanne Rasmussen; and 20 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, August Wilburt Oswald; mother, Ruby Oswald; husband, Peter Robert Versey; son, Brian Versey; daughter, Brenda Versey; sister, Joan Layton; brother, Kenneth Oswald; sister, Carolyn Timmons.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2026, at the Hillcrest Cemetery in Shelley.
