Rebecca Barbara Mckitrick

Rebecca Barbara Mckitrick, 70, of Idaho Falls, passed away May 9, 2024, at the Life Care Center of Idaho Falls, with her family by her side.

Becky was born November 3, 1953, in Fort Worth , TX, to Melvin Richard DePue and Catherine Barbara Schubert DePue. She grew up and attended schools in various places to include Texas, Japan, and Idaho. She graduated from Skyline High School in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

On a warm July day, she married Robert Alan Mckitrick in Driggs, Idaho. Becky and Robert  made their home in Driggs, Idaho, where Becky worked as a baker and a cook.

She enjoyed baking and cooking, collecting china and tea pots, and always had her nails nicely done.

Rebecca is survived by her daughters, Candy (Ray) Parr, Amy (Brendon) Hansen; son, Joe Storer; brothers, Paul (Mary) DePue and Nick (Mary) DePue; sister, Debra Laramore; 12 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin Richard DePue and Catherine Barbara DePue; husband, Robert Alan Mckitrick.

Private family services will be held in the summer.
