Randy Taylor Peterson

Randolph Taylor “Randy” Peterson, 69, of Idaho Falls, passed away October 22, 2021, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.

Randy was born October 5, 1952, in Rexburg, Idaho, to Ralph Peterson and Athileen Beesley Peterson.  He grew up and attended schools in Rexburg, Idaho, and graduated from Madison High School.  He also attended Ricks College.

On January 14, 1972, he married Zina Elizabeth Harris in Rexburg, Idaho. Randy and Zina made their home in Idaho Falls, Idaho, where Randy worked as a baker for Broulim's in Rexburg, Idaho.

He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed his family and friends. Randy loved to travel and enjoyed life to the fullest.

Randy is survived by his loving wife, Zina Peterson of Rexburg, ID; children, Scott (Heather) Peterson, Danielle (Cody) Crosby, Janette (Chad) Olson, and Jake (Kip Wolfley) Peterson; sister, Joan Whitmoyer; 15 grandchildren and  7 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Athileen Peterson; and brothers, Brent and Gordon Peterson.
