On January 16, 1970, Randall married his love, Gloria Joy Clements, in the Idaho Falls Temple. From that union, they were blessed with four children, Brian, Jeffrey (deceased), Jennifer, and Michelle.
Randall had a love for movies and throughout his life worked at different movie theatres, including the Motor-Vu Drive-in. He worked for Service Vending of Idaho for 36 years as an operations manager. He then started his own tax preparation business, Fast-tax, in 1991, until he retired in 2019.
Randall enjoyed science fiction books and movies, Looney-Tunes, Muppets, and telling a good joke. He always loved to make people smile and laugh.
