Ralph Hendrickson

Ralph LeRoy Hendrickson, 78, of Idaho Falls, Idaho, passed away June 24, 2012, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of natural causes. Ralph was born July 23, 1933, in Drummond, Idaho, to Frances LeRoy Hendrickson and Pearl Covert Hendrickson. He grew up in Drummond and attended schools in Preston. He also attended Glen E. Clark Business College. Ralph served as an Airman First Class in the U. S. Air Force during the Korean War. On April 2, 1960, he married Virginia Ann Reese in Duluth, Minnesota. They made their home in Idaho Falls, where they raised their four children, Donna, Mike, Dennis, and Tim. Ralph worked as a accountant for V-1 Oil Company and retired after 30 plus years of service. Ralph was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping. Ralph is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Virginia, Daughter, Donna Cerchione of Boise, ID; Son, Mike (Bonnie) Hendrickson of Idaho Falls, ID, Son, Dennis (Tami) Hendrickson of Idaho Falls, ID, Son, Tim Hendrickson of Idaho Falls, ID; Brother, Lee Hendrickson of Preston, ID; Sister, Velna Swan of Preston, ID; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, June 28, 2012, at Fielding Memorial Park Cemetery in Idaho Falls. The family will visit with friends from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon Thursday at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge. Military Rites will be performed by the Bonneville County Veterans Memorial Team and Idaho Honor Guard.
