PHYLLIS SEYFERT
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Phyllis Marie Oswald Seyfert, 79, of Idaho Falls, died March 1, 2007, at the Idaho Falls Health & Rehabilitation Center.
She was born February 14, 1928, in Idaho Falls, to Phillip Fredrick Oswald and Lucille Andrus Oswald. She grew up and attended schools in the area, graduating from Idaho Falls High School. She continued her education at LDS Hospital of Nursing, where she earned her nursing degree.
On January 10, 1951, she married Everett John Seyfert in Idaho Falls. He preceded her in death on December 23, 1984. She was a mother and homemaker and also worked as a surgical nurse at the Idaho Falls LDS Hospital and Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had served in the Scouting Program as a Cub Scout Den Mother. She was a member of the York Grange. Phyllis enjoyed bowling, knitting, puzzles, and bingo.

Son: Scott (Debra) Seyfert, Idaho Falls, ID
Son: Wayne (Janice) Seyfert, Idaho Falls, ID
Brother: Duane (Carol) Oswald, Idaho Falls, ID
9 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, and a brother, Delmont Oswald.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2007, at Wood Funeral Home (273 N. Ridge) with Bishop Ray Hollist of the Idaho Falls LDS Sand Creek 1st Ward officiating. The family will visit with friends for one hour prior to the services at Wood Funeral Home.
Burial will be in the Taylor Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
