Neither of us can ever remember -- even one time -- his being anything but pleasant and cheery. He was cordial and courteous and always had a good word or a cute saying or joke. He made our days, even the stress-filled ones, ever so much better. Our love and sympathy, Nancy Palmer and Joyce Ellis (Former receptionists for Dr. Daniel K Hinckley)
