PETER THOMAS
IDAHO FALLS, ID - Peter Benjamin Thomas, 43, of Idaho Falls,
died April 1, 2005, at the Good Samaritan Nursing Center.
He was born May 14, 1961, in Crescent City, California, to
Errol Curtis Thomas and Ellen Sue Lincoln Thomas. He grew up and attended
school in California until he was 10 years old then moved to Malad, Idaho
with his family where he graduated from Malad High School in 1979.
He attended Ricks College where he met Christine Marie Stoner.
They were later married on August 6, 1983, in North Caldwell, New Jersey,
where they lived until 1986. They returned to Malad, and later to Idaho Falls
in 1990.
Peter was known for the love of his wife and kids, being
a family man meant the world to him, and tho he had only two children of his
own, being so caring and with a heart of gold, there were many more he really
cared about. He had a great sense of humor, was a wonderful cook and he enjoyed
reading western novels and going hunting and fishing with his kids, brothers,
father and friends.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day
Saints. He also belonged to Modern Woodmen of America of Rock Island, Illinois.

H e was preceded in death by his grandparents and a brother-in-law.
Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April
6, 2005, at Wood Chapel of the Pines, 273 North Ridge Avenue, with Bishop
Lance Toone of the Idaho Falls 20th Ward officiating. The family will visit
with friends Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m., and Wednesday for one hour prior
to services both at Wood Funeral Home. Services are under the direction of
Wood Funeral Home.
