Penny C. Webster-Howe

Penny C. Webster-Howe, 62, of Idaho Falls, passed away June 25, 2025, at her home. Penny was born July 3, 1962, in Idaho Falls, Idaho, to Larry Edward Webster and Judy Leona Feely Webster. Her family moved to Ohio in1965, where she grew up and attended schools in Grand Rapids, Tontogany, and Rosford, Ohio. She graduated from Penta County Joint Vocational School as a  Dental Assistant. She also attended university through her work, where she earned a bachelor's degree. She married Mike Howe, however, they were later divorced. Penny bought her childhood home in Idaho Falls from her grandmother. Penny worked as a Performance Assurance Coordinator for INL. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She enjoyed teaching primary children with her daughter Suzie at her side, they were inseparable.

Penny is survived by her brother, Larry (Mo) Webster, Jr. of Idaho Falls, ID; and sister, Julie Plush of Idaho Falls, ID.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Suzzanna Webster, and her parents.

A combined service for Penny and Suzzanna will be held 11 a.m. Friday, July 18, 2025, at the Brentwood Chapel (2040 Brentwood Dr.).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Idaho Food Bank .
