Penny Harding

Frances Marie "Penny" Gage Harding, 64, of Idaho Falls, passed away October 12, 2017, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. Penny was born January 15, 1953, in Michigan. She was lovingly raised by Frank and Rosemary Gage. She grew up and attended schools in California and graduated from high school in 1969. On September 15, 1998, she married Stephen Kent Harding in Idaho Falls. Penny and Kent made their home in Idaho Falls, where Penny enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren as much as possible. She was very involved with the Girl Scouts her whole life. She enjoyed crafts, camping, and fishing. Penny is survived by her loving husband of 19 years, Kent Harding of Idaho Falls, ID; son, Tom (Rosea) Fountain of Shelley, ID; son, Bill Fountain of Idaho Falls, ID; daughter, Cindy (Tom) Fullmer of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Chris Collins of MI; 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Michael Fountain, and two brothers, Scott Collins and Frank Gage. A visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 N. Ridge Ave. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to help pay for funeral expenses.
