Our deepest sympathy to your family. We are so sorry that we are unable to attend the funeral but we will be out of town for our daughter JoAnna's college graduation. Paul was a very special uncle and he will be missed. Rest assured that he is at peace, now that he is reunited with Aunt Ileta.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your father, grandfather, uncle and friend. I can still remember the fun I had as a child going home teaching with my dad to visit your home. Your family is a great memory! Know that Paul is in a great place of peace and comfort with his beloved Ileta. May God bless you all.

I wanted to extend my condolences to all of Paul's family and I pray for peace and comfort for you at this time. Paul was always such a great neighbor and friend to me as I grew up on Rawson Street. I will cherish the many good memories I have of our visits out in front of his house. I can still remember him when I was just a kid playing basketball with John behind the house, and how he would instruct me on the two handed jump shot. (He always seemed to make the shots) I consider myself blessed to have known him and his family.

Dear Curtis family, Paul was one of the good ones. He was plain spoken, honest, humble, had a great sense of humor, a guy you knew would give you the shirt off his back if you needed help. The last time we spoke to him was at Meg & Brian's wedding. He looked spiffy in a Hawaiian shirt. Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dear Paul Curtis family, I'm sorry that my work schedule is such that will not be able attend Paul's funeral. I'm thankful for knowing your father and for all the love and support he was to Grandma Nelda and for the man he was. I can't help thinking of how happy he is once again being with his wife and those who have passed before him. My prayers are with you and I pray that at this time you will be comforted knowing that he is happy and enjoying a wonderful reunion.

My condolences to the family. Your father was such a wonderful neighbor. I appreciate all of the help he gave us and the fine example he set through the years. He and your mother are fondly remembered. Kevin, I noticed you live in Newport. We lived there in the early sixties. I really miss the beautiful beach there; it seemed like the waves could wash away all worries. May many pleasant memories remain with all of you.
