Patricia Claire Nash, 76, of Idaho Falls, passed away December 9, 2025, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. She was under the care of Aspen Home Health and Hospice and her loving family.

Pat was born March 17, 1949, in Houston, Texas, to Arthur Charles Krause and Willie Mae Lanclos Krause. She grew up and attended schools in Houston and graduated from Sam Houston High School in 1967. She also attended Texas Woman's University in Denton, Texas, where she earned her nursing degree, a Bachelor’s of Science, in 1972.

On April 7, 1971, she married Robert Bacot Nash, Jr. in College Station, Texas. Bob and Pat traveled extensively, with Pat working as a Registered Nurse, and Bob’s employment as an Industrial Hygienist. They lived in Florida, Texas, Ohio, Idaho, Tennessee, Colorado, California, New Jersey, and Georgia. They eventually retired in Mackay, Idaho.

She enjoyed traveling internationally with her husband, Bob, collecting antiques, and painting. In her most recent years, she enjoyed spending time with her grandsons, Maximus and Ryker.

Pat is survived by her son, Robert Bacot Nash, III of Mackay, ID; son, Brian Arthur Nash (Amanda Turner) of Tacoma, WA; son, Michael Allen (Heather) Nash of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Arthur (Bobbie) Krause of Grapeland, TX; brother, Albert Krause of Mackay, ID; sister, Mary Hinds of Frisco, TX; and 2 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Charles Krause; mother, Willie Mae Lanclos Krause; and husband, Robert Bacot Nash, Jr.
