Pamela "Pam Murdock" Murdock

Pamela Jean (Littleford) Murdock passed away December 13, 2015, at her home after a long battle with cancer. Through all of her fight with this terrible disease, her spirits were high and her outlook was positive. Pam was born December 21, 1959, in Aurora, Colorado, to Roger Calvin Littleford and Carolyn Kay Simon Littleford. The first three years of her life were spent in Colorado, after which the family moved back to Idaho Falls. Pam spent the rest of her life in southeast Idaho. As a young girl she hiked into the Boulder White Cloud and Pioneer Mountains areas with her family. She spent many enjoyable hours fishing and enjoying the magnificent scenery. She attended school in Idaho Falls and graduated from Idaho Falls High School. She attended college in Oregon and Pocatello. While in Pocatello she met Kurt Murdock, whom she eventually married. They later moved to Idaho Falls. Pam was a very giving person, sometimes beyond her means. She was loved and admired by her family and many friends and will be missed by all who knew her. Pam is survived by her husband, Kurt Murdock of Idaho Falls, ID; her mother, Carolyn (Jerry Jensen) Littleford of Idaho Falls, ID; her father, Roger (Kaye) Littleford of Idaho Falls, ID; brother, Ken (Nancy) Littleford, nieces, Kaitlin and Sadie Littleford, Allison Charles, and nephew, William Charles all of Littleton, CO; and many aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Littleford; and her grandparents, Jake & Ellen Simon and Edward & Edith Littleford. A Gathering for family and friends will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 19, 2015, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue.
