KEITH FULLMER Click here to view Keith's Video Tribute IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Oscar “Keith” Fullmer, 66, of Idaho Falls, passed away December 30, 2008, at Good Samaritan Society of Idaho Falls. He was born December 15, 1942 in Rigby, Idaho to Oscar A. Fullmer and Barbara Deone Smith Fullmer. He lived in Idaho Falls for most of his life. Keith was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He looked forward to going to Special Needs Primary every week. He attended Options and made many friends there. Keith loved cowboy movies and western music. He especially enjoyed singing Willie Nelson songs and Christmas music. Survivors include: Mother: Barbara Fullmer Sister: Barbara "Laraine" Nichols, Idaho Falls Brother: Arlin Kay (Arlene) Fullmer, Iona Brother: Alan Kent Fullmer, Idaho Falls Sister: Evelyn "Lyn" (DeWayne) Mayes, Idaho Falls He was preceded in death by his father, Oscar and his sister, Kathy. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 3, 2009, at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue. The family will visit with friends from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
