ORVILLE WILLIAMS
REXBURG, ID -- Orville Boyd Williams, 93, of Dubois, died June 12, 2005, at the Rexburg Nursing Center of causes incident to age.
He was born January 27, 1912, in Mud Lake, Idaho, to Raymond Dwight Williams and Alice Ann Kendrick Williams. He grew up and attended schools in Dubois.
He married Millie Eldora Colson December 16, 1930, in Idaho Falls. She preceded him in death on January 10, 1951. He married Myrtle Connor November 4, 1967, in Dubois, Idaho, and she passed away on January 10, 1995. He worked as a rancher in Medicine Lodge.
He was a member of the Dubois Baptist Church. He was a member of The Grange and the Clark County Rodeo Association. He served as past President and past Grand Marshall of the Clark County Rodeo. He enjoyed his horses, cows, cowboying, and reading. He loved to bareback ride and attend all the local rodeos. He never missed the Dubois Rodeo and one of the highlights of his life was attending the Calgary Stampede in Canada and the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas, Nevada.

6 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his parents, both of his wives, a son, Benny Ray Williams, three brothers, Wallace Williams, Myron Williams, and Francis Williams, and a sister, Maxine Rue.
Funeral Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 15, 2005, at the Baptist Church in Dubois, with Pastor Warren Cuppy officiating. The family will visit with friends Friday for one hour prior to the services at the church.
Burial will be in Dubois Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home.
