ORETA KINGHORN
IDAHO FALLS, ID -- Oreta W. Hadley Kinghorn, 69, of Idaho Falls, passed away August 10, 2005, at her home of natural causes. She was born June 1, 1936, in Shelley, Idaho, to Ervin Harold Hadley and VeIla Mildred Wirt Hadley. She grew up in Shelley and attended schools there.
She married Leland J. Blumhorst and they were later divorced. She married Darwin J. Kinghorn December 30, 1968, in Idaho Falls. She was a homemaker and mother and also worked as a waitress. She then went to work for School District #91 as a baker from which she retired.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Eagles Lodge #576. She enjoyed playing bingo and pinochle, taking trips to Jackpot, Nevada, and square dancing.

Brother: Harold (Sue) Hadley of Idaho Falls, ID
Sister: Brenda Haley of Idaho Falls, ID
Sister: Martha Foster of Vernal, UT
Sister: Linda (Larry) Mays of Amarillo, TX
19 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Sherden Hadley, and a sister, Katherine Hadley.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 16, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge, with Pastor Steve Young of the Shiloh Foursquare Church officiating. The family will visit with friends Monday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and Tuesday for one hour prior to the services, both at Wood Funeral Home.
Burial will be in the Annis-Little Butte Cemetery under the direction of Wood Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Eagles Lodge #576 Cancer Fund, c/o 635 Hemmert, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83401
