OLIVIA SALAS
IDAHO FALLS, ID --Olivia Leyva Salas, 41, of Idaho Falls, died June 13, 2009, at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center of liver and heart complications.
She was born December 30, 1967, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Esteban De La Rosa Salas and Alejandra Leyva Salas. She grew up in the Pocatello area and attended Pocatello High School.
On May 26, 2007, she married David L. Baker in Idaho Falls. She was a wonderful housewife, homemaker, and family member. Oliva enjoyed music and dancing, and was extremely family oriented.
She is survived by her husband David Baker, her father, Esteban, her brother, Carlos Leyva Salas, and three sisters, Rebecca Alzaben, Leonor Leyva Salas, and Ivon Parra. She was preceded in death by her mother, Alejandra Leyva Salas.
Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 20, 2009, at Fielding Memorial Park. The family will visit with friends Saturday from 1 to 1:45 p.m. at Wood Funeral Home, 273 North Ridge Avenue, prior to leaving for the cemetery.
